Key responsibilities:

1. Manage an exclusive community and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
2. Moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with the company's values and guidelines
3. Develop and implement community-building strategies to increase engagement and retention
4. Plan and execute online and offline events to bring the community together
5. Analyze community engagement metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve outcomes
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media campaigns that resonate with the community
7. Create and curate content to share on the exclusive community
8. Train and manage potential moderators to assist in community management duties as needed

Digital Marketing Marketing

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

0-1 year of experience in online community management or a related field is an added advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms

Creative thinker with a passion for developing engaging content

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience managing and training teams of moderators is a plus

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
