We are looking for a Content Creator to develop and produce engaging short-form videos for YouTube and Instagram Reels. The industry is Education. If you are passionate about content, storytelling, and connecting with audiences through video, we would love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create, script, film, and edit short-form video content optimized for YouTube and Instagram Reels.
2. Develop creative concepts aligned with brand voice and current social media trends.
3. Optimize videos for platform-specific engagement, including strong hooks, captions, and call-to-actions.
4. Monitor trends and suggest new creative formats and ideas.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience creating content for social platforms (samples or portfolio required).
2. Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
3. Understanding of what drives engagement on YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
4. Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and content structure.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
1. Knowledge of YouTube SEO and content optimization strategies.
2. Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails and post creatives.

Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 1,50,000 /year
