About the job
We are looking for intelligent and proactive people with 1-2 years of operations experience, ideally including content creation and management or product development.

Key responsibilities:

1. Publish and web master the content on website & social media platforms
2. Assist the brand solutions and sales team in gathering online information
3. Create a brand presentation per the standard templates
4. Manage the end-to-end implementation of themed content sections on the websites, partner websites and social media platforms
5. Use the services of the content writers, content producers and the online marketing agency
6. Work in coordination and report to the relevant stakeholders
7. Assist the content production team to enhance processes and documentation standards
8. Work on new online services which use AI for voiceovers, animations, video editing, etc.
9. Create programming/publishing guides for our content, for our owned channels and on partner channels
10. Manage payments & renewals and monitor their usage of the online and cloud services
Skill(s) required
Who can apply

1. A good understanding of what constitutes effective copy, titles and storylines for advertising and content

2. Very comfortable with the use of online/mobile services and applications

3. An efficient user of tools - Google Search, online meeting software, calendars, task managers, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, MS Word

4. Good writing and business correspondence skills

5. A well-organised individual able to deliver consistent output

6. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business operations/content management

7. (Candidates who have more than two years of experience will not qualify unless they are women wanting to re-enter the workforce after a break and exceptional freshers can be considered)

8. Experience in a business operations activity that involved frequent correspondence with senior executives in the corporate world

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 35,000 - 40,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 4.2 - 4.8 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%

Additional Information

1. This is a work-from-home (WFH) position, but the candidate must live in Mumbai. Candidates who do not live in Greater Mumbai do not qualify for this position.
2. Freshers may also apply if they maintain a very popular social media presence or a blog and have interned in business operations in corporations or startups.
