A good understanding of what constitutes effective copy, titles and storylines for advertising and content
Very comfortable with the use of online/mobile services and applications
An efficient user of tools - Google Search, online meeting software, calendars, task managers, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, MS Word
Good writing and business correspondence skills
A well-organised individual able to deliver consistent output
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business operations/content management
(Candidates who have more than two years of experience will not qualify unless they are women wanting to re-enter the workforce after a break and exceptional freshers can be considered)
Experience in a business operations activity that involved frequent correspondence with senior executives in the corporate world
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,20,000 - 4,80,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
Note:
1. This is a work-from-home (WFH) position, but the candidate must live in Mumbai. Candidates who do not live in Greater Mumbai do not qualify for this position.
2. Freshers may also apply if they maintain a very popular social media presence or a blog and have interned in business operations in corporations or startups.
