Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have a degree in either of these streams – B.Sc/M.Sc/B. Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA or any related bachelor’s degree
1-2 years of experience in technical writing (full-time)
Basic knowledge of standard technology and computer applications
Ability to manage highly dynamic knowledge requirements with limited resources
Proficient in English to be able to create fresh technical content
Ability to write content for different kinds of audiences with varying difficulty levels
Ability to understand and execute project requirements
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task projects, deliverables, and revisions requested by the client
Should be able to work under pressure and deliver high-quality content, sometimes in a short time
Exceptional written communication skills
Ability to communicate openly with the supervisor/project manager to ensure a smooth workflow process
Familiarity with plagiarism and content editing tools and software
Ability to see challenges as an opportunity to learn and grow
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
