Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop well-researched, high-quality content tailored to the medical and dental tourism industry.
2. Clarity & Originality: Ensure all content is clear, concise, scannable, and free from unnecessary complexity or plagiarism.
3. Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research, including reviewing scientific papers and reputable sources, to produce accurate and insightful content.
4. Industry Collaboration: Communicate with hospitals, doctors, and marketing teams to gather precise, up-to-date information.
5. Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with marketing and medical teams to ensure content aligns with industry standards and factual accuracy.
6. SEO Optimization: Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research and structured content writing, to improve search rankings.
7. Interviews & Insights: Conduct interviews via phone, video, or email with industry professionals to enhance content credibility and depth.

A. Preferred professional experience

1. Proven experience in high-quality web content writing. A strong focus on healthcare, medical tourism, or a related field is also desirable.

2. Familiarity with SEO content writing and keyword strategies.

3. Experience in writing for digital platforms, ensuring content is engaging and optimized for search engines.

4. Experience in editing and managing newsletters is highly preferred.

B. Education level requirements or preferences

1. A bachelor’s or master's degree in mass communication, marketing, English honors/literature, medical sciences, or a related field is preferred.

2. Candidates with advanced degrees (e.g., Master’s, PhD) in relevant fields or with thesis/research experience will be highly regarded.

3. Consistent high academic performance in English throughout school and college is preferred.

C. Required core skills

1. Excellent command of written English, with strong attention to detail and clarity of thought

2. Ability to produce original, well-researched content that is both engaging and informative.

3. Strong research skills, including the ability to read, interpret, and utilize research papers and high-quality content.

4. Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.

5. Effective communication skills, particularly in gathering and synthesizing information from interviews and other sources.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,80,000 /year
