Key responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the execution of multiple DTCs from the offer, pricing, and merchandising POV
2. Handling customer escalations along with the team & setting up processes
3. Coordinating with distribution agencies and closing gaps in delivery and fulfillment
4. Handling data reporting and ensuring the best website practices are in place to drive onsite conversions

Requirements:

1. Having good knowledge of market study
2. Good and soft communication skills
3. Having good knowledge of computers
4. Only computer science candidates preferred
