We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented client acquisition executive to join our sales team. The client acquisition executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
6. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
7. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
8. Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. 1+ years of experience in sales and business development
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Annual CTC: 2 - 2.5 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
