Corporate Sales Specialist Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all of the inquiries are handled as soon as one gets them
2. Ensure that the required reports are updated according to the status
3. Work to place the customer s order
4. Complete the revenue target daily basis (otherwise there are consequences and she/he will also be rewarded if he/she overreaches the targets)
5. Work on proper follow-up with every lead
6. Ensure that renewals are handled by the salesperson wherein he/she must be in contact with the whole team so that they can resolve if there are any issues
7. Ensure to have all knowledge of the company and its operations
8. Ensure that each and every customer must be answered and should be handled with the best answers possible

Required:

1. Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
2. Work remotely
3. Need a good laptop and good connection (mandatory)
4. Work the night shift (must be able to do it at Canadian time)
5. Must have computer skills (Gmail, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word, social media, etc.)
6. Excellent communication abilities
7. You must be able to work all night because this company is in Canada
