We are seeking a driven and energetic B2B Inside Sales Associate with a passion for outbound prospecting, cold-calling, and building relationships with decision-makers. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, identifying key business opportunities, and driving the early stages of the sales funnel. We're looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a hunter mentality someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by targets and success.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make 50+ outbound calls daily to B2B decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, and managers), confidently navigating gatekeepers and objections.
2. Approach each call with confidence, resilience, and a sense of humor. You're not afraid of a little rejection and thrive on turning a "no" into a future opportunity.
3. Prospect and research leads using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Google, and CRM data. Build your own pipeline without depending on spoon-fed leads.
4. Find emails and phone numbers others can't. Pitch, qualify, and close deals over calls and emails. Log all activity in the CRM with accuracy and discipline.
5. Hit weekly and monthly quotas for calls and qualified meetings.
Requirements:
1. Ideal candidates should have 1-5 years of experience in cold-calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales. Freshers with strong hustle are welcome to apply.
2. Candidates must have a strong, confident voice, persistence, and the ability to find contact information quickly.
3. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is essential. A strong mindset is key candidates should be self-starters who thrive on challenges and handle rejection positively.
Note:
1. This is a full-time role with a salary range of 18,000- 35,000 per month. Top performers can earn up to 5,000+ in additional commissions monthly. Growth path includes the opportunity to move to SME or Team Lead roles within 12-18 months.
2. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, paid time off, and the option to work from home. The schedule is fixed during day shifts, Monday to Friday. Performance bonuses are offered.
