Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct skills gap analyses companywide
2. Design a detailed educational curriculum and topics which is helpful for the students
3. Create engaging training course content (videos, quizzes, and activities)
4. Research and recommend modern educational methods
Qualifications:
1. Good years experience of teaching (Collage Pro/Lecturer)
2. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
3. Attention to detail and good judgment
Course & Subject: MCA
1. Blockchain technology and management
2. Introduction to Ethereum, enterprise blockchain applications and Hyperledger
3. Technicalities and implementation of blockchain
Below is the screening process:
1. SMEs need to share their resume along with his/her introductory video of 2 minutes.
2. The resume and video will be screened by our internal team. We will suggest changes in the resume and video if required.

Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 60%
