About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Call customers and convince them to sign up on the platform
2. Guide the customers through the sign-up process on our platform
3. Help and guide the customers to complete their profile on our platform
4. Work on completing the given daily targets
5. Perform follow-ups with customers who have not completed their profile

Note: Prior experience in telecalling or cold calling will be advantageous.
