About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Call leads (100- 150 leads) given and convince them to sign up on our platform
2. Guide the candidates through the sign-up process on our platform
3. Help and guide the candidates to complete their profiles on our platform
4. Complete the given daily targets
5. Follow up with candidates who have not completed their profile

Skills & requirements:

1. Prior experience in tele-calling or cold calling is preferred
2. Fluent English communication skills
