Key responsibilities:

1. Deal with client queries on chat and e-mails
2. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
3. Identify and evaluate the requirements of the client to ensure their expectations are met and they are satisfied with the end result
4. Address client complaints and offer timely solutions and alternatives
5. Educate current as well as potential clients with product and service information

Requirements:
