Key responsibilities:

1. Deal with client queries on chat and e-mails
2. Respond to client complaints and offer alternatives and timely solutions
3. Understand the requirements of the client to make sure their expectations are met and they are happy with the solutions provided
4. Provide Information to present as well as potential clients about product and service
5.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:
