Customer Service Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
2. Attend to customers concerns, issues, and questions
3. Work and update FAQs and answers
4. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
5. Generate sales leads
6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
7. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
8. Provide daily reports
9. Resolve customers concerns and respond to customers questions to your best ability
10. Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints
11. Work on penning new customer accounts
12. Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions, and addressing concerns as they arise
13. Recommend possible products to meet the customers needs
14. Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
15. Prepare product and customer reports by using data collected during customer interactions

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in e-commerce support & online community management
2. Personable and attentive individual
3. Strong interpersonal skills
4. Strong verbal communicator
5. Familiar with the software used to connect with customers and gather their information
6. Knowledge of applicable products and markets
