About the job

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality and Customer Service Representative (Night Shift) to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain service quality standards while ensuring smooth operations during the night shift.

Key responsibilities:

1. Answering customer inquiries by phone and in writing
2. Providing customers assistance and solutions
3. Processing customer concerns via the internal ticket system
4. Inquiring about customer satisfaction based on ratings/reviews
5. Working on conflict resolution and prevention of negative reviews
6. Closing communication with our internal departments

Earn certifications in these skills

5. Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

6. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

7. High customer service orientation.

8. Excellent communication skills for phone calls and emails.
