Customer Service Associate(Non-Voice) Fresher Job (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling complaints and reading out a solution
2. Interacting with our users and resolving issues in the best way possible
3. Interacting with people from different teams to help them understand issues faced by our users and help shape our policies and process
4. Working on ensuring that all contacts are handled within the defined TAT with a focus on CSAT and quality metrics

Requirements:

1. Candidate must have completed graduation before 2022
2. Flexible to work in rotational shifts and week offs
3. Open to taking on additional responsibilities
4. Must be available for 4-6 months of full-time internship
5. Knowledge of any regional language is a plus

Additional Information:

1. The candidate will be under the internship period for 4-6 months after which they will be eligible for conversion to a full-time employee basis performance, continuous evaluation, and business requirements
2. If aligned to night shifts, the candidate will be eligible for a night shift allowance of Rs. 130 per day
