Key responsibilities:
1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
2. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
3. Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
4. Data entry in various platforms
5. Communicate with leads on audio calls
6. Direct the queries t the right team member
7. Be supportive and close the leads using your expertise
Skills & requirements:
1. At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
2. Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
4. Every day you ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it s important that you offer every person a high level of customer service. We look for someone who has ideally has experience working in a similar role
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 5%
3. Other incentives: 5%
