About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage inbound and outbound calls of our US clients in a timely manner
2. Identify & access the client's needs, clarify information and provide an appropriate solution to the client's concern
3. Build sustainable relationships & trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
4. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
5. Respond efficiently and accurately to callers by explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported & valued
6. Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
7. Perform follow-ups to ensure the resolution
8. Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
10. Coordinate with the US team and maintain the records as required
11. Assist the hiring team (If required)

Requirements:

1. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
2. Previous experience in a customer support role (US client handling is a plus)
3. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
4. Part-time & Full-time opportunities

Note: The candidate needs to work in the shift timings as required by the company. They should be available to work on weekends (12 hours shift). Only Candidates from Bangalore & Mumbai to apply.
