Customer Service Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end customer communication via phone email and CRM platforms
2. Generate and process invoices ensuring billing accuracy
3. Prepare cost estimates and quotations as per client requirements
4. Coordinate with logistics teams and vendors for timely dispatch and delivery
5. Track shipments and update clients with real-time status
6. Maintain order tracking sheets and daily status reports
7. Resolve customer queries complaints and delays efficiently
8. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment
9. Maintain customer records and documentation for audits and reporting

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in customer service order processing or logistics coordination
2. Strong knowledge of invoice processing and logistics tracking
3. Familiarity with preparing estimates and quotations
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheet,s and experience with ERP or CRM tools
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
7. Bachelor's degree in business commerce or a related field preferred
