About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as relationship manager for the Paid customers of NoBroker.
2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through
3. open and interactive communication.
4. Identify and assess customers' needs.
5. Service customers in finding the right tenant/house as per the requirement of the customer.
6. Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customers and leads.
7. Use internal tools and methods to provide the best possible service to the customer.
8. Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers.
9. Keep the customer up-to-date on the progress of his account.
10. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
11. Go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

Who can apply

1. Education- Any 10th, 12th, and Diploma, Graduates, Post Graduates. (with 0-3 years of exp.)

2. Excellent verbal and written communication.

3. Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.

4. Decision-making skills.

5. Language required: English, Hindi, Kannada OR English, Hindi, Telegu OR

English, Kannada, Tamil.

6 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

7. Should be flexible for the day shift- (9 hours of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).

8. Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays.

Salary Range: 12,000-14000 (In hand) + 2,000 (net allowance ) + incentives
