About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage Treebo s key corporate accounts
2. Develop relationships with clients and farm the existing accounts for more business opportunities
3. Build trust with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
4. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
5. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and help increase SOW and the visibility of the brand
6. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
7. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
8. Route qualified opportunities to relevant stakeholders for successful closure
9. Drive central initiatives through verbal/written communications to admins
10. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of the highest standards of customer experience

Qualifications required:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
2. Highly energetic Individuals who are always willing to stretch their boundaries at work
3. Target-driven folks who will not stop or settle for anything lesser than their assigned targets
4. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
5. Good negotiation skills
6. Strong listening and presentation skills
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
8. UG Degree in business administration or any other relevant field

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 75%
