We re looking to hire a rockstar manager to enable customer success, maintain lasting relationships, and identify upselling opportunities for our accounts. This is a customer-facing role apart from a fixed pay and it also pays out attractive target-based incentives.
Key responsibilities:
1. Onboarding new customers and helping them set up their account
2. Checking in and engaging with customers to gather feedback and improve software usability
3. Encouraging the use of advanced features, cross-selling, and up-selling features
4. Empathizing with customers needs and offering solutions to fulfill their needs
5. Finding innovative ways to engage customers for relationship building and reduce churn
6. Working on customer interactions as part of your everyday life
7. Talking to users over live chat (our goals are to be responsive & delightful and help create a feedback loop between engineers and customers)
Required:
1. You should know how to identify the customers who need the most attention and you build solid relationships with them
2. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
