Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or sales role in a SAAS software company
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 4,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
