
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or sales role in a SAAS software company
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
6. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
7. Knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus
8. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Annual CTC: 2.5 - 4.5 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
