About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work to act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and managing customer expectations
2. Assist with understanding the customers' business goals and how they can be achieved through the use of our software
3. Provide training, coaching, and support to ensure customers are fully utilizing our products and achieving their goals
4. Develop a deep understanding of our software and its features and capabilities
5. Work to collaborate with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are being met and exceeded
6. Monitor customer usage and adoption to identify areas for improvement and growth
7. Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell and work with the sales team to execute on those opportunities
8. Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
Skill(s) required
Client Relationship Email Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written)
Earn certifications in these skills
Who can apply

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field

2. 3+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or sales role in a SAAS software company

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically

6. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

7. Knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus

8. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus


Annual CTC: 2.5 - 4.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
