Key responsibilities:

1. Answer customer queries via email and chat
2. Analyze customer requirements and provide them with satisfactory solutions
3. Educate, both prospective as well as current, clients regarding product and service information
4. Follow communication guidelines, procedures, and policies
5. Address customer complaints promptly and provide them with timely solutions and alternatives

NOTE: Preference would be given to BCom freshers.
