We are seeking a customer support agent with a non-voice process to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries related to product and delivery issues (both pre-sales and post-sales queries). The candidate should have excellent typing speed and the ability to take up calls if needed. This process is for our project that is in the beauty industry and female candidates are preferred.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide prompt and efficient solutions to customer queries related to product and delivery issues
2. Address presales queries related to product features, pricing, and availability
3. Resolve postsales queries related to delivery issues, order tracking, and returns
4. Handle customer complaints and follow up with the relevant teams to ensure timely resolution
5. Keep track of customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer queries and resolutions
6. Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to enhance customer support
Note: This is a temporarily remote position and will move to a hybrid mode in the future.
Candidate should be excellent at communication and negotiation
Candidate should have an interest in and knowledge of beauty products
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Prior experience in customer support with a non-voice process is preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools and systems
Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection to perform job duties
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
