About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to queries from our social investors and partners in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
3. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
4. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
5. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
6. Inform customers about new features and functionalities
7. Follow up with customers to ensure their queries and issues are resolved
8. Gather customer feedback and share it with our internal teams
Skill(s) required
Who can apply

1. Qualification: UG: Any Graduate; PG: Any specialization

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: 2.4 LPA

2. Variable pay: 0.6 LPA
