About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to all client inquiries via chat and email
2. Provide current and prospective clients with information about the products and services you offer
3. Ensure complete satisfaction, evaluate and identify the needs and expectations of the consumer
4. Respond to inquiries from clients, find solutions, and offer substitutes within the allotted time frames
5. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards regarding communication

Requirements:

1. Preference will be given to freshers
2. BCom, BBA, and BA graduates are preferred

Client Relationship English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel MS-Office
