Customer Support Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing a team of customer support executives and keeping them motivated
2. Maintaining good customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction
3. Acting as a single point of contact for customers to resolve any order-related issues by coordinating with internal sales and operations teams
4. Taking inbound customer leads and helping them with our offerings
5. Building good rapport and establishing long-term relationships with customers
6. Helping customers in their end-to-end order journey with us
7. Working on being the voice of the customers by having an in-depth understanding of their likes and dislikes and helping the company bring desired changes

Note: Any fresher graduate with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi can apply.
