Data Analyst Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Partner closely with engineering to plan and organize high-velocity sprints
2. Conduct customer research and collaborate on UI wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
3. Assist in the ideation, development, and launch of new features
4. Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders to define and execute the roadmap
5. Help drive impact on important business KPIs using various prioritization techniques to identify and groom features that are high impact
6. Be a passionate advocate for the customer to meet and exceed their needs
7. Leverage your understanding of the business and the customer to identify urgent and/or important work
8. Ensure items in the backlog meet the definition of ready and see the work all the way through to the definition of done

You should:

1. Have education/internship experience in a related field; startup experience preferred
2. Have a strong ability to lead data-driven decision-making
3. Be familiar with data querying tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, Power Bi, Mix Panel/Google analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint
4. Be passionate about building a company and are very comfortable managing ambiguity
5. Have experience working with product and design teams
6. Have strong analytic skills, including knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research methods
