About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work closely with human resources to recruit, interview, and train new data entry employees
2. Organize, schedule, perform regular coaching and counseling, and discipline employees as needed
3. Communicate job expectations clearly to the data entry team, while monitoring, appraising, and reviewing their work
4. Enforce company policies and procedures as necessary
5. Compile and verify the accuracy of data to prepare it for computer entry
6. Generate data reports and perform backups in archives
