Key responsibilities:

1. Scan documents and enter data into digital databases
2. Ensure accuracy and timely data entry
3. Maintain logs of activities and completed work
4. Monitor the progress of data entry
5. Validate data and resolve discrepancies
6. Liaise with internal teams to ensure data is properly collected and documented
7. Create and maintain spreadsheets to track data entry progress
8. Research, locate, and correct data entry errors
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
10. Perform other related tasks as required
