as a Data Operations Analyst!
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop, QC, audit, and deliver completed and approved datasets meeting predetermined deadlines with a goal of complete accuracy
2. Assist our AI and RPA models by manually parsing data to help derive insights for automation
3. Interpret and understand client requirements for every project and execute it per the defined rules
4. Perform annotations to help train our ML models
5. Direct and monitor the progress and performance of the team
6. Act as a culture carrier and live by all our core values of ownership, commitment, collaboration, agility and innovation, and a growth-oriented mindset
7. Respond to client inquiries related to ongoing projects
8. Assist in documentation and continual improvements of SOPs for internal workflows
9. Prepare tools and reports that measure and evaluate team accuracy and productivity
10. Assist in planning and allocation of daily work queues
Requirements:
1. Must at least have a bachelor's degree in any stream
2. Degrees in commerce, statistics, or finance would be preferred
3. Must have proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel)
4. Must have 1 to 3 years of work experience
5. Any experience working in operations, research, quality assurance, or exposure to working with datasets would be strongly preferred
6. A solid understanding of financial investment markets, private equity, or equity research would be an added advantage
7. Must have high integrity, a robust data-oriented mindset, excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills, and a sincere approach to work
8. Must be able to pay excellent attention to details and have good change management skills
9. Must be a team player and a quick learner with a solution-oriented nature and a positive attitude
Other infrastructure requirements:
1. High-speed internet connectivity for video calls and efficient work
2. Capable business-grade computer (e.g., modern processor, 8 GB+ of RAM, and no other obstacles to interrupted, efficient work)
3. Headphones with clear audio quality
4. Stable power connection and backups in case of internet/power failure
