Join Forage AI as a Data Specialist! In this role, you ll collaborate with our amazingly passionate data science and engineering teams who are striving to fulfill a pioneering vision. Our data specialists play an integral role in ensuring that our clients consistently receive high-quality datasets promptly. You will collaborate with our dev team to ensure the end-to-end completion of the 'QA-Feedback-Reporting' process.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop, QC, audit, and deliver completed and approved datasets meeting predetermined deadlines with a goal of complete accuracy
2. Catch and report bugs by highlighting trends and exceptions that require fixes
3. Work on research projects for enabling clean and structured input as well as output data
4. Manage ETAs and deliverables by coordinating with different teams working remotely
5. Suggest process improvement ideas that will bring efficiency and structure to workflows
6. Assist our AI and RPA models by manually parsing data to help derive insights for automation
7. Respond to client inquiries related to ongoing projects
8. Research and troubleshoot issues associated with data and/or tools provided
9. Be a culture carrier and live by all of our core values
Requirements:
1. Must at least have a bachelor's degree in any stream
2. Must have 1 to 3 years of work experience; Any experience working in operations, research, quality assurance, or exposure to working with datasets would be an added advantage
3. Must have intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
4. Must have high integrity, a strong data-oriented mindset, great English communication (written and verbal) skills, and a sincere approach to work
5. Must be able to pay excellent attention to details and have good change management skills
6. Experience working with SQL or Python would be an added advantage
7. Familiarity with XPath, regular expressions, or cleansing datasets using Python would be a plus
Since this is a completely work-from-home position, you will also require the following:
1. High-speed internet connectivity for video calls and efficient work
2. Capable business-grade computer (e.g., modern processor, 8 GB+ of RAM, and no other obstacles to interrupted efficient work)
3. Headphones with clear audio quality
4. Stable power connection and backups in case of internet/power failure
