Delegate Acquisition Specialist Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and connect with potential delegates via LinkedIn Premium and professional databases
2. Craft personalized outreach messages and execute mass mailing campaigns to drive engagement
3. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into confirmed attendees
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communications and conversions in CRM tools
5. Collaborate with the marketing and events team to align outreach strategies with event goals
6. Meet or exceed monthly delegate acquisition targets
7. Conduct market research to identify key industry professionals relevant to each event
