Delivery Head Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on leading and managing the delivery team (recruitment team) to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
2. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
3. Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets
4. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met
5. Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed to keep projects on track
6. Communicate project status and updates to clients and stakeholders
7. Identify and manage project risks and issues
8. Manage project resources, including staffing, equipment, and materials
9. Work with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for growing the company's client base
10. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
11. Continuously improves the delivery process and implements best practices to increase efficiency and quality
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations and standards
13. Provide guidance and mentorship to the delivery team to help them grow and develop professionally
14. Report to the CEO and the senior management team on project progress and performance

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role is mandatory
