About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and executing growth strategies to increase brand visibility and drive user acquisition for Dyrect's B2B software
2. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities and target audience segments
3. Collaborate with the team to implement data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
4. Support in optimizing conversion funnels and user journeys to maximize customer engagement and drive conversions
5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and a cohesive brand experience
7. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas and strategies
8. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and provide insights

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
