About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
2. Manage the strategy and setup of all FB and Google campaigns
3. Secure leads and sales using FB and Google Ads
4. Work on creating a media plan for multiple platforms
5. Work on examining variations to determine the best performing ads
6. Work on regular monitoring and daily reporting of results of all campaigns
7. Measure and optimize our campaigns
8. Collaborate with different internal teams to have a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
9. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 20,000 - 35,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 4 - 8 LPA (All fixed)

Additional Information

We automate complex reporting tasks and create data visualization through our web app. We need digital marketing executives who can help us manage our online presence mostly through running ads. Also, we are US based so work timings will be 6 pm IST to 2 am IST, although we are flexible with that as long as you meet monthly working hours requirement and no task is being kept hanging.
