Digital Marketing Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

a. Lead Generation:
1. Run and manage Meta Ads, cold email sequences, and WhatsApp blasts with a clear focus on B2B lead generation.
2. Continuously experiment with messaging, targeting, and creative angles to optimize performance.

b. Campaign Management & Optimization:
1. Set up, monitor, and track ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
2. Adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives based on performance insights.

c. Strategy & Brainstorming:
1. Collaborate with the core team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas, hooks, and messaging strategies.
2. Research trends and competitor strategies to fuel innovative marketing efforts.

d. Reporting & Insights:
1. Analyze campaign results and prepare concise performance summaries with actionable insights.
2. Provide clear suggestions for improvement based on data and market feedback.

e. Creative Development:
1. Work with designers or independently come up with creative briefs and ad concepts.
2. Suggest visuals, copy, and formats based on audience insights.
