3. Collaborate with the creative team to identify strategies and individuals for user-generated content (UGC)
4. Edit photos and reels using tools like Lightroom, VSCO, CapCut, or similar
5. Design and send clean, visual, and on-brand newsletters (tool-agnostic)
6. Run ads on Meta, Google, and other platforms, focusing on targeting, budget, and ROI
7. Use AI tools to save time and improve workflow for captions, planning, and content ideas
8. Understand the rhythm of retail, from launches to promotions to storytelling
Requirements:
1. Hands-on and dependable someone who delivers
2. Strong sense of aesthetic and storytelling; able to recognize great content
3. Actively engage with influencers to create UGC
4. Skilled in tools like Lightroom, Photoshop, VSCO, CapCut, etc.
5. Well-versed in digital ads and customer targeting
6. Familiar with retail or consumer products (lifestyle, fashion, or design-driven brands)
7. Up-to-date with AI tools and know how to use them to work smarter
8. Able to think strategically but also roll up sleeves and make things happen
9. Experience with Shopify
10. Previously worked in fast-paced startups or growing brands
11. Passionate about travel, design, photography, or fashion
