Ecommerce Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensuring that our products are listed in their best version on the online channels you maintain
2. Working on inventory management to ensure an effective customer experience
3. Creating amazing product copy that can be used on all our e-commerce channels including our own website
4. Analyzing and managing website content in collaboration with the marketing and technical team
5. Recording and reporting the sales and return data from various channels for the sales team to make an informed decision
6. Handling the daily end-to-end operations of multiple e-commerce channels including but not limited to cataloging, pricing and discount updates, image correction, and reporting

1. Are you someone who likes multitasking, learning new things, and taking ownership of your work with minimal supervision? Then this role is for you.
2. The basic understanding of e-commerce altogether is a must!
3. Planning and prioritizing what must be done first and foremost is handy for the role.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with everyone on the team to keep them in the loop of what has to be done or has been done is important because this is a remote role.
5. Time management, this skill is a must for every role that comes around, especially if you are dealing with fast and dynamic e-commerce.
6. Problem-solving, quick response, and action with sensible thinking is another characteristic feature of this role as one has to handle the online marketplace.
7. People management, maintaining rapport with clients and customers for the brand.
8. Prior experience with Amazon, Myntra, and website cataloging is a bonus.
9. Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce marketplace management, content writing, Google Analytics, and MS Excel.
