Email Marketing Specialist Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
2. Manage email lists and segment audiences to ensure personalized and targeted outreach.
3. Create compelling email content (subject lines, copy, CTAs) that resonates with our audience.
4. Conduct A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and overall performance.
5. Analyze campaign metrics and performance reports to provide insights and recommendations.
6. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
7. Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to align email strategies with business goals.

What we're looking for:

1. 1-3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
2. Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
3. Strong knowledge of email automation, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
4. Ability to write engaging and conversion-focused email copy.
5. Experience in analyzing email performance metrics and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
6. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting (a plus but not mandatory).
7. Excellent attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
