1. Provide onsite/off-site training
2. Identify the issues reported by users, document and assign them to the development team for its closures
3. Coordinate with customers for new features
4. Create analytics for customers using Power BI
5. Work on testing new features and workflows
6. Work on setting up new projects using templates sent by customers
