Key responsibilities:

1. Reading the relevant materials from annual reports, regulatory filings, and company presentations to help improve the understanding of the company's business
2. Forecasting the company's financials based on your assessment
3. Writing a brief report on the company's prospects as a potential investment

Requirements:

2023 graduates in economics (hons.) or commerce (hons.) from good colleges (preferably Delhi University)
Must have a good academic track record (8 plus aggregate CGPA till 5th term)

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Learn Financial modeling valuation

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
