About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Support founder/leader(s) for strategy (and innovations) deployment, and for managing business operations, in a most effective, efficient, and flawless manner
2. Work to be a flexible, dedicated, and interactive, presence for creative conversations, and prepare/expand those into structured narratives, presentations, and articles, etc.
3. Assist in researching the internet/books for given topics, and performing content development for social media, speech preparation, presentations, training, and reports
4. Perform customer engagement activities, employ communication skills to increase sales, ensure customer delight & organize and anchor online events
5. Manage flexibly work across sales, marketing & product development, and operations, and perform secretarial duties e.g. drafting/coordinating communications, managing documents repositories, and monitoring work performance trackers, etc.
6. Work to support social media management and online marketing content development (e.g. text, images, audio, videos) & copywriting for marketing collaterals
7. Manage confidential information with the utmost care, be adaptable, and demonstrate initiative and flexibility in providing personal assistance at all times, with high discretion and professionalism

Who can apply

1. Bachelor's degree, with demonstrative tech savviness, business acumen, and service orientation; with a preference for, earlier internship experiences, and/or a diploma/certificate in executive assistance or secretarial practices, or marketing

2. Must be a self-starter, flexible, multitasker, passionate about doing quality work, demonstrate a positive attitude, good communication, and great problem-solving skills

3. Must be an organized, proactive, accommodating, detail-oriented, hard, and smart worker with planning abilities to prioritize and organize tasks

4. Exhibit relentless positivity, pleasing personality, and interpersonal sensitivities, with good computer skills, technical savviness, and exceptional MS Office expertise

5. Exhibit self-initiative, learning agility, openness, and willingness to walk those extra miles, with discretion, adaptability, and zeal, to assist well

6. Must be dedicated and proactively tune in to your leader/mentor for anticipating needs, with intuitive service orientation and working with a selfless, egoless, friendly and professional demeanor

7. Must be observant and take every opportunity to demonstrate initiative, with openness to stride through ambiguity and a multitude of tasks/requests, with a smile & successfully manage through changing priorities

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 10,001 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.1 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
