
1. Bachelor's degree, with demonstrative tech savviness, business acumen, and service orientation; with a preference for, earlier internship experiences, and/or a diploma/certificate in executive assistance or secretarial practices, or marketing
2. Must be a self-starter, flexible, multitasker, passionate about doing quality work, demonstrate a positive attitude, good communication, and great problem-solving skills
3. Must be an organized, proactive, accommodating, detail-oriented, hard, and smart worker with planning abilities to prioritize and organize tasks
4. Exhibit relentless positivity, pleasing personality, and interpersonal sensitivities, with good computer skills, technical savviness, and exceptional MS Office expertise
5. Exhibit self-initiative, learning agility, openness, and willingness to walk those extra miles, with discretion, adaptability, and zeal, to assist well
6. Must be dedicated and proactively tune in to your leader/mentor for anticipating needs, with intuitive service orientation and working with a selfless, egoless, friendly and professional demeanor

1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
