Field Sales Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Source leads for business and personal loans & credit cards from the open market
2. Build channel partners in your district/state and all over India
3. Increase overall business and sales in your state
4. Report progress to the business development manager
5. Achieve your given monthly targets and work goals

Qualities:

1. The challenging mindset with high risk-taking nature
2. Leadership qualities to build and lead a sales team and channel partners
3. Can help develop new business sales for the organization
4. Can generate revenue for the company and its people
5. Interested in earning direct revenue share not a limited fixed salary
6. Have the capability to use tools and utilize all the given resources properly
7. Qualifications - education - 12th or higher secondary
8. Work experiences - business development: 1 year (required), field/direct sales: 1 year (required), banking & finance: 1 year (preferred)
9. Candidates with a two-wheeler or license
10. Candidates with a laptop
