About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on preparing, verifying, and processing invoices using the software within the given timelines with necessary supporting documentation & authorization to ensure timely billing
2. Troubleshoot any issues, concerns, bottlenecks, etc. through the billing process flow
3. Handle the email queries received within a given TAT
4. Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues related to invoices and keep the system posted on all events

Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of 6 months, during which the salary will remain the same.

Other requirements

B.Com or M.Com graduate with minimum 1-year experience in any finance function

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Exposure to any accounting tool or software will be an advantage

Experience from SaaS companies will be an advantage

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%

Additional information

Currently, we are in work from home mode. Going forward, we will have offices in major cities (locations as decided by the management). As and when the regional offices are up and running, the candidates will be expected to report to the office.
