Shubh International is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and accounting operations of the company.
Key responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the financial operations of the organization including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and taxation
2. Developing financial strategies and controlling the financial risk
3. Assessing and managing financial performance
4. Creating financial models for forecasting and decision making
5. Analyzing financial data and generating insights
6. Collaborating with other departments to drive initiatives
7. Developing and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
Required:
1. The ideal candidate should have experience in the areas of accounting, financial modeling, MS Excel, tally, and MS-Office
2. Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must
3. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
