About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the account and sales team and be a strategic finance partner to the business heads
2. Drive overall revenue and profitability for different businesses and territories within the region
3. Co-own P&L targets along with the business heads and work closely with them on planning & execution
4. Develop a deep understanding of business drivers and leverage that to create views for creating actionable plans
5. Co-ordinate with functional stakeholders to develop the monthly & quarterly plans in sync with annual plans with rigor on a bottoms-up approach
6. Work on enabling the teams in achieving their deliverables through cross-functional co-ordination and partnering with other leaders

Annual CTC breakup:
