About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Using all publicly available sources to produce information that could be useful for clients
2. Building three statement financial models
3. Analyzing businesses, industries, and economies to build investment thesis on companies
4. Building confidential information memorandums (CIMs) and pitch books
5. Conducting valuation based on comparable transaction/public company analysis
6. Preparing research notes on companies

Who can apply

1. 3 months - 1 year prior experience (including internship) in equity research (sell side/buy side), investment banking, Big-4 accounting, strategy/management consulting is preferable

2. Minimum bachelor of commerce/bachelor of business management/administration; Preferably MBA/Progress towards CA
